Don A Dehm was a software engineer for several years and has extensive communication experience as a naturalist, and several teaching roles. He graduated from Austin Peay State University with majors in Computer Science and Environmental Geography and minors in Mathematics and Geology. He believes in win-win relationships, strong community, and adventure.
Derek O. Rex retired from the Army in 2005 and continues to work as an intelligence instructor on Fort Huachuca. He believes in thorough planning, attention to quality and detail, and his audience.
